NIA, Larry McClendon nia, the tired and true fact!

A quick word from the President of NIA Larry Gene McClendon, founder of NIA.
Does it pay to stay with the tried and true, decades of experience and stability, or go with the new kids on the block who work so hard to take agents from other organizations, with negative comments, trying to bring you on board so they can make an override?
Why would you upset a current, smooth operation for some slick talk? And that's what it is talk. No money to back it up, nothing but a sales pitch that is a slow pitch.
If you get the slow pitch from some agency-startup-want-to-be, ask yourself two things:
How did they come to contact you?
Where is their financial backing?
Are they even an MGA, Key Broker or FMO?  Do they have and office fully staffed or and executive suite with cell phones?  Service is key, why do business with people, agents who are struggling, from the used car industry and cannot nor have never ran a successful business?
NIA has been a pioneer for agents now for a decade and 1/2!  Stay with the tired and true on your very important career and consumers.
